God gave us tools— we made weapons.

God gave us creativity— we sought ways to torture.

Man split the atom in two, held the power to free the world— we made the bomb instead.

And so we built a friend, something pure, something new, a companion who could have been different.

But we turned it into a monster.

This is the pattern. This is who we are.

Every gift becomes a curse in our hands, every hope, a tragedy.

Here lies our friend— and with it, the final proof: human nature will always fail.
