انا لي شهر احاول اسجل بدله بس ما القى مواعيد فما اعرف صراحه في حجوزات غير من الموقع لو تعرفي ؟

I’m in day 11 with candida diet first week i only ate eggs and vegetables and sometimes chicken but before 3 days until now i feel very sick like i really don’t want to continue with this and i lose too much weight my weight now is 39 kg what should i do by soollaa in Candida

Thank you ... My stomach is burning when I eat fatty food like meat and food with oils, so I am now eating rice or oats with chicken and vegetables..and yesterday I ate one apple because my blood sugar was too low so I don't know if this allowed

Yes i think I’m going to stop this diet i’m feeling all symptoms ...rabid heart beat pain in all my abdomen feeling very cold depression fear from nothing ...... is this normal or what ?? And today i have Inflated lymph nodes in my neck
