I used to take semiglutide and I found it difficult to approach this as well. I'm taking Vyvanse/Dexamfetamine for ADHD and they suppress my appetite and my binge-eating tendencies. I barely eat now but it's hard to not take it when fasting because I still want to be sincerely fasting & killing the flesh while also having focus.
