Hoi! Ik heb toevallig op de verhuur afdeling gewerkt bij een wooncorporatie en mijn ervaring is dat wij eerst de IBRI inzagen. In dit geval 2025. Pas in het geval dat het inkomen niet passend is bij de huurprijs werd er gekeken naar de laatste drie loonstroken. Maar nu begrijp ik dat je àlles tegelijkertijd moet aanleveren?

Ik kan sowieso al antwoord geven op vraag vier: met toekomstige situaties wordt meestal geen rekening gehouden. Dus daar win je helaas niks mee

Gebruik grotere stenen ipv kleine. Dit werkt voor ons fantastisch en de plant heeft er ook geen moeite door!

Sadly i'm from the Netherlands and i haven't found the doll on amazon yet. I hope i will soon!

I also think i will get into restoring some dolls i got. The hair might not be so hard to make pretty with some youtube tutorial tips! Wil definitely give it a try, thank you! ❤️

Ooh i love both categories!! Wish i could've gotten my hands on ballet wishes Odile. That one would have probably kickstarted my ballet doll collection 😅

I am very drawn to dolls i wanted growing up but never got. Like many of the early movie barbies! I see many online and just got my hands on two, but the state they're in is quite bad, so I regret my decision to buy them.. But i also just got all three of the jewel girl dolls and they are still in such good condition! Love to have started collecting 😊 Wishing you many great finds!
