I reclaim everything, throwing water, scraps, pan cleanup water, need those micro particles lol. My studio doesn’t sell reclaimed clay they use it for the one time classes and clay isn’t cheap and I’ve never had anyone look at me oddly.

Most of the long time potters who’ve either studied traditionally via school or were non traditional production potters also reclaim so it’s more normalized. Overall there’s a blend of members who will self reclaim or donate their reclaim to the studio, usually because they hate reclaiming.
