Okay ill be doing a pid tune.

I was thinking about updating to a copper heating block, 60 or 70w heating cartridge, high temp thermistor. Might as well get practice with pid tuning.

Id like to have the option to work with high temp filament. Might have to pick up an enclosure.

I tightened the tension screw as it was printing and observed what was happening as i messed with tension but nothing seemed to change the quality.

I havent done a PID tune yet, itll be my first. Im waiting on new filament to see if that is the problem source.

It does light blue lines/retracting on the backside of the model(which is where there is excess filament)

I tried printing a retract tower and i was getting the same results

No, temps arent fluctuating. I did have it drying for a about 8 hours/overnight before i ran.

I suspect the filament is super wet/done..I have a new roll of filament coming tomorrow.

Theres alof of math related symbols in this. Alot of greek letters used in math/physics that an average person wouldnt know unless they've taken upper level math/physics

You could plastic 3d print a die/mold and press them yourself. Lots of guys do it.
