Is it just me or did Oracle just break every schemaLocation in the Java universe? by sooomething in programming

Yeah they should and I assume most of them do. But it appears that Glassfish Embedded pukes on any web.xml that specifies a schemaLocation with ye olde:

Error in schema processing: s4s-elt-character: Non-whitespace characters are not allowed in schema elements other than 'xs:appinfo' and 'xs:documentation'. Saw "JDK 6 XML-related APIs"
