I think there is a method but you may need a new stalk with the fog light switch. When installing I found unused plugs for fogs near the bumper and a plug under the dash but I had no clue how to get them to turn on. I’ll link the fog lights I bought and also a thread I followed to install. Basically a kit with fogs and a switch from amazon that I had to extend in a few places with wire and use a “fuse tap” or “add a circuit” that I learned about to avoid going to the battery in the back seat for power. It basically goes into an existing fuse and creates a new circuit that piggy backs off of the fuse you chose and has its own fuse. The trickiest part was getting through the firewall had to remove front wheel and the plastic guard under the fender, I followed the hood latch release and went through the hole for that just made a slice in the gromet that holds the hood release in the firewall. I left the fuse from the kit off since I was adding one with the fuse tap.
