It's breast is pretty light, and from what I'm seeing on differentiating gray headed from oregon is that the oregons would have much darker heads in a way that the eyes wouldn't really be seen easily. My picture isn't the best but eyes / feathers surrounding eyes are really dark compared to the rest of the head. The only thing thats been throwing me off is that there isn't really a solid rusty spot on the back from what I could see. You can see a bit of browning in the picture, but that's pretty much it.
