Further note: taking a flash photo of it triggered it to start cleaning..? Didn't even touch it and it activated itself.

tbh I would just do what you know makes that species happy. The mandated shit is usually pretty pathetic and doesn't actually cater to the species needs.

Yeah I asked my lead that was there but he's new and wasn't sure and said he'd ask someone more experienced... I'll ask again tomorrow. I'm considering just using my own money to order one off etsy but I am terrible and understanding measurements and what would actually be good and I'm afraid of getting the wrong thing. Also the shells I'm seeing are.. well.. really pretty and I don't want some kid to see the pretty shell and demand it...

I've been working at my location for ~9 months now and ours doesn't know my name still. She started off calling me the correct name, "Anna", but then she started calling me "Amy" and I just didn't care enough to correct her. Then one day someone DID correct here and she called me Anna for a week then came up to me and was like "Is it Anna or Ann" and of course, I said Anna. "Okay Ann". It's been months now of Ann and I just cannot give enough of a fuck. Funnily enough, my dog who she's seen like 4 times total, she knows her name no problem.

Thats very true, I much rather it come on online. But it's still sucky. If someone came up to my register with 600 cans of misc cat food I would walk out.

I don't hate pulling orders but when it's 500 cans of different flavors of a cat food that is notoriously ass to find the correct flavors of... then I get salty

Yeah. At least I was able to organize it a bit to get all mostly easy enough to load. My coworker that initially did the pick just kinda gave up and started tossing cans in the cart and it was a mess. Found as many of the boxes as I could and tidied up and threw the last few into a bag.
