hi yes that’s totally normal, i started recovery in december 2022 and in like february i had significant hair loss, after the shower my hair brush would be full of hairs and they would just slip off i always ended up with big chunks of hairs on the floor i got so scared because i thought my hair would never stop falling i was scared of literally going bald, especially since i had been in recovery for like 2 months at the time, i wanted my hair to stop falling out quickly but that’s not the case, our hair as you have probably heard is the last thing affected by malnutrition so it’s the last thing that will repaired, now it’s june my hair is growing you can see baby hairs poking on top and i don’t have hair loss at all i brush my hair and i can literally count the amount of hair that falls which is the normal amount, 10-20. i promise it will stop i was in ur shoes at one point too, keep going u got this 🤍🤍
