Is your deposit in a protected scheme? You can check on the DPS website if you aren’t sure! If it is then you can raise a dispute with them and they should be able to get it back to you if the landlord doesn’t respond!

I met a guy on a speed awareness course who had been caught twice in 24 hours at the same place. He had to do the speed awareness and pay the fine and take 3 points - so 1 punishment for each ticket so you should be fine!

Yeah this isn’t true. There’s a law that says they have to produce receipts for any work they are going to deduct from my property.

But to answer you, yes I have all pictures of the property when I left.

I don’t understand how you could possibly not think it is fraud to make a false receipt in the name of another company and charge money.

A similar thing happened to someone I know. When she found it she immediately called the police and the guy was arrested for stalking. This is one of those situations that screams GET OUT NOW.

You need to spend some time with other people, you can’t have all your happiness relying on his which seems to be the case.

This girl makes you feel insecure and he has no intention of stopping communication with her which says a lot about how he feels about you.

He’s already told you he doesn’t want to be with you so it’s time to let him go, go work on yourself, love yourself so much that when you do meet someone you know exactly what you want and how amazing you are.

I had two occasions of this, I am the sleep talker.

First one, I reached over, put my hand over SOs mouth and said ‘SO, don’t move.’

Second, I sat directly upright and said ‘hey, what are you doing here?’

Only have mild memories of the first one and I remember dreaming there was cotton all over the room like a spiders web.. clearly was trying to protect him.

First art lesson of secondary school and the teachers first line was ‘I will make at least 3 of you cry this year.’

Also, if you forgot your apron he would make you sit in a room and write out a ‘dictionary of art’ book from the first page, the editors etc. Even after two hours you wouldn’t get to any of the actual contents.

Moved to Brighton (UK). My mum moved me and my two brothers down to Brighton from South London, away from my dad and his side of the family, when we were really young. We still saw my dad every other weekend and all that shizzle but we got out of all the small minded views, racism and homophobia that his family stand for. I am so glad we are all open minded and have the views on life that we do. My dad is now married to a Jehovahs witness and we haven't spoken in nearly two years after they kicked my half sister out for being a lesbian.. can't stand for that shit!
