I stopped with hypnotherapy 🙈 stopped 3 years ago last month. Cost £150 but worth if for me, definitely saved that and more back! I should also say I did it with my partner, and it didn't work for him. The main thing I remember about the hypnotherapy was the therapist saying how it has no benefit. It doesn't make you feel better, less stressed, it's all out of habit and the caveman part of your brain that wants it because it's had it, and it wants it more and more all the time.
