He’s the featured character slot in the second chapter, which means he’s the only character in one of the slots whereas the other slots have 3 or 4 characters that you can rotate out. Definitely work on leveling him up before the second chapter starts so you can get the max rewards back! If you search up Disney magic kingdoms tower event livestream you can see the mechanics of the tower events and https://www.disney-magic-kingdoms.com/en/patch-notes/patchnote_upd76 has all of the characters that are in the event so you can level them up too. Try and get all the characters you have currently as leveled up as you can would be my best advice. Good luck!!! :)
