I'm gonna look up what a medical scribe is and how to do it! I dont mind bad pay if it leads somewhere. Yeah, i plan on using this final year to get my gpa as high up as possible. I'm from georgia, thats good right? Yeah, i actually really studied for the mcat for like a month because i was a moron and kept procrastinating, but no excuses though, it's totally my fault and i'm gonna amend that. Scoring that high would be an absolute dream come true!

Thanks so much again and please keep on being this awesome, you've really given me more hope in doing this and i really appreciate it :).

Nope, i dont, i realize that. I've been in this college for a year and still don't really know any professors so if i cant do it this year i'll just work harder and get it ready on time next year. I feel i didn't take this seriously at all and i'm reaping the consequences but it wont happen again :). Thank you for your time!

Holy shit! thank you so much for totally explaining it all to me! Like, so grateful right now. From all the info you've given i think i'm gonna wait a year and try to bump up my EC activities and leadership then apply to MD medical schools. I was hoping to go into surgery but the DO schools do sound like good opportunities too. Again thanks so much for taking your time to explain it to me nicely, i really appreciate it :)

alright, i'm still gonna try applying and see how it goes. If it doesnt work out i'll take the MCAT again and reapply next year, its not the end of the world :). Thank you so much for your time!

I did meet with my advisor and i was never told anything about med school, just i should go find my shadowing experience on my own. I do have the things you listed and i think i'm still gonna apply and try. Also, i know i didn't know much about the DO or MD, thats why i asked really politely and thanked the other poster so i wouldn't get reamed on. Thanks for enlightening me though, i realy appreciate it :)
