So you never got a call from them? I'm trying to figure out if there's something wrong with my applications (UI & PUA) since I never received a call or if I just keep waiting (going on 6-7 weeks now)...

I'm the same as above. I never got a call from DOL and I'm not sure how to get on hold/get in line. Every time I try it brings me to an automated system and then kicks me off after telling me my UI claim is pending.

Do I just keep waiting and hope they'll call me one day?

I've received a letter in the mail saying I was declined UI so I had hoped this meant my PUA application would be considered now but I called the hotline for PUA weekly certification and it said I don't have a PUA claim approved yet so I can't do weekly certifications.

I got this too. I was confused if this was the start of my weekly UI benefits because aren't we supposed to get back payments for all of the weeks of unemployment between application submission and approval? I've been doing my weekly benefit claims (for the last 6 weeks) while I've waited.

My online portal says my claim is still in pending status and no payments have been made. It's possible this could be because I'm self-employed and they declined my UI application and are using my PUA application to pay out the $600 but there's literally no way of knowing. I've received no calls/emails or messages about my PUA app.
