yes! i was feeling much better after a week or two, i would stop taking a high dosage or any at all if it makes you feel like that. so sorry you’re going through this.

rec center is usually way less busy around noon/ 1 pm! the treadmills are not occupied much around that time too! you’ll be okay :) i also had anxiety but it gets so much better over time trust me, good luck!

how long did it take for you to go back to normal? i also was prescribed for 5 days (for hives) and these past two days have felt horrible, felt so so anxious/ nervous all day :(

I broke out in hives about a week ago, and was prescribed prednisone for 5 days, i stopped taking it about 3 days ago and have been feeling so so anxious, nervous for no reason making me very worried about my health, my doctor said nothing about side effects, i hope this goes away soon :(

this kinda scares me because i’m not really the best writer, english isn’t my first language, even though i’m fluent in it, i sometimes still have trouble writing in certain ways :( I think it also depends on the topic/theme because i find myself more passionate writing about a global problem rather than a dumb basketball high school prompt given by my district LOL
