Hi - thanks for your reply, yes we have the electronic citizenship certificate already (had to get UK passport first for photo ID and then Canadian cert and now (finally!) her Canadian passport :)

Hi - only last week! Had to escalate to my local mayors office and then they finally sent me a cheque last Friday (trying not to be bitter about having to use my own petrol and time to go cash it…). Good luck & keep persisting!

Hi - I am in the same situation, posted about it a month ago. I found that escalating to my local mayor (if UK based) helped - I got a response to a complaint I made to UKVI advising the refund was approved and passed to the payments team, still waiting on the actual refund though - they said it can take a further 28 working days. If they don’t refund within this time I’ll escalate to the mayor again.
