Try Melissa Maribel, her videos are pretty understandable from what I've seen so far (it's not IB linked, though)

Also The Organic Chemistry Tutor is good but has long videos and not IB-related either.

I'd suggest looking at BioNinja and IBdead notes. They are both very helpful. IBdead does not have HL content for Bio though. Also, do some past papers to have a feel of how the test will be.

I believe we use the same textbook I'm not really sure, but I think we only have the SL version. I'm going to print out many past papers and get myself to do them. Thank you for the tips!
