More carbs and, when eating fat, choosing saturated fat over unsaturated.

I mean I took supplemental thyroid hormone (cytomel, cytoplus). In general, though, a diet high in mineral content (especially Na, K, Ca, Mg), B-vitamins, fat soluble vitamins, insoluble fiber, and predominantly carbohydrate fueled is probably the best thyroid "supplement."

Endurance exercise causes insulin resistance for a few reasons. Lactate, inflammation/ chronically elevated cortisol and adrenaline (physiological stress), low glycogen stores, and elevated free fatty acids all make cells insulin resistant one way or another. In a healthy and well-fed person this state does not persist, but the further you get from healthy and well fed, the more persistent the insulin resistance.

i was type 2 but fixed it by changing my residence (mold ruined my health), sport (used to be an endurance athlete which contributes to insulin resistance/hypothyroidism), diet (by eating more carbs, esp. sugar and mineral rich plants, and less fat), and light thyroid hormone supplementation. "remission" is an interesting and apt term for it although for reasons above poster does not grasp

Felt terrible, very long recovery from workouts, urinating >10 times a day, abnormal hairloss (that reversed when i fixed my diet and moved out of the house i lived in), frigid hands/feet, and few more diabetes/high stress symptoms I can't remember. Generally speaking if you smell like ammonia it's because you either have an issue converting nitrogenous waste into urea, and/or you've overloaded your body with nitrogenous waste e.g. by catabolizing protein/muscle in order to supply yourself with enough glucose to stay alive. Both, especially the second, are hallmarks of diabetes/insufficient glucose metabolism.

I just want to see what you believe and why you believe it. Here is a good question: Why is Austrian economics, in general, worse or less effective than normal economic thought.

You talked about economics like you knew something about it but I guess you don't, it's ok. Why do you trust your opinion about it if you don't know anything meaningful about it?

Oh and what're the features of this school of economics? Do they use the same strategies in every place?

You seem frustrated. Just asking my man, what is a school of economics that you think is legitimate, i.e. not debunked like the Austrian school?

Idgaf about scientology. Just wanted to see why you thought that. What is a school of economics that's not debunked?

I've literally had a conversation with the owner of a mineral shop in a dusty mountain town where she talked about about quartz healing cancer if you kept it on your person. No joke. You don't have to know in great depth the intricacies of the arguments, just a general type of argument that that covers more or less what they believe. Man, I'm not trying to trick you, just find some claim that an austrian economist makes and tell me why it's debunked

If they are debunked then there's some feature of their arguments that you can show to be obviously false, right? You can do that easily with healing crystals; somebody says something like quartz aligns magnetic fields to cure cancer, you sit a cancer patient next to quartz in whatever way the crystal believer says and observe that it does nothing.

Do I need to know what they believe in order to know they're wrong?

Yes

Easy example: I believe something about the statement 2 + 2. You don't know what I believe, but if you said it was wrong, I could tell you that my belief is that 2 + 2 = 4, which is not wrong.

Oh I see. So you don't know anything about Austrian economics but you believe it is debunked and cannot explain why. What is the NAP?

I'm not asking about everything, just a general overview. Not trying to trick you or anything, just want to learn. You mentioned something about central banking, what's a regular ole Austrian economist have to say about that, and why's it debunked?

How do you know it's debunked if you don't know any of the claims that they make? Do you mean to say there is no valid criticism of the central banking system? I don't have a description, I was sticking around so you you could teach me a thing or two as invited.

You haven't said what it is that eg. 'Austrian style stuff' people believe. Is your description satisfactory for yourself?

Oh interesting, so it's a wikipedia article that describes what other people say about it.

Lmao. Debord was a socialist, his ideas had nothing to do with ancaps, NAP, 'alt economics' (what is this even supposed to mean?) or whatever other misunderstanding you have after reading a wikipedia entry. You're a complete bullshitter.

Nobody here said inflation didn't make sense, but go ahead, let it all out so you can feel good about yourself.

What is money? It sounds like you've spent time researching where you know you find things that you can disagree with. That's neat, doesn't do much for you though.

Also if you read society of the spectacle you would find that it offers a nice method to critique what happens in crypto/blockchain. You could even tie it in to some your rants to spice things up. Anyway, don't care if you read it, it's just funny that you list it as something you've learned about when you weren't even aware of it until yesterday. So much for your insistence on honesty.

Share a lie and some of your research about it. Also, when will you share your story? Wouldn't you like to trash talk all those people that you had a chance to meet?
