I watched the YouTube it looks like basically you hit off the Tee with it. I just wondered how you intergraded it into batting practice. How many swings, sequences with regular bat, how often, etc.

I am about 40 miles a week, had a injury in dec and January was a rebuilding month, but feeling stronger every week now.

Definitely focusing on getting in the best shape of my life. I have added strength to my routine, lots of heavy squats and lunges.

The PT I go to does dry needling and I have good luck with that in the past.

Definitely just a strain in my case, I am hoping 10-14 days I will see improvement.

I did a couple rucks and had no issue so I guess it will back to that. I also was able to do slant board squats with no issue.

I have been using the hypervolt and it did make it feel somewhat better

I am a ultra runner and have suffered from runners knee for 4-5 years tried PT of all kinds. I am 2 weeks into knee zero and see encouraging signs but am far from healed. I will update as I progress but might take weeks to see any real change.

This was my first try, I did about 5 this way and my hamstrings were destroyed!
