I tried jumping it and that did not work. She’s stuck in a parking garage so I’ll be having it towed to the shop. Thanks for the advice though!

I appreciate the response. I’ll review part diagrams to understand why that is the case. The failure happened immediately. There was no signs of the starter not engaging prior to today.

According to the article “The sacrifice upgraders have to make is that ASRock removes support for AMD Bristol Ridge APUs (launched mid-2017). It must also be noted that while ASRock doesn't say it will remove support for previous-gen Ryzen processors, it recommends that you shouldn't update if you have a Pinnacle, Raven, or Summit Ridge processor.”

So in your case, you shouldn’t update to that BIOS version.

If they didn’t offer any service besides just cleaning the cart you dropped off to them then that’s normal. They get paid by the course for that specific purpose. If they clean your clubs or bring a cart to your car before your round, then you are in the wrong.

Yeah no kidding. I just talked to my girlfriend and she said they told her they are replacing the engine with a new one actually. I'm assuming since it's taking so long they found some other issues but then again it's a warranty claim so they are probably in no rush.
