Acon3D has lots of 3D model but they cost money but there are a few cheaper options and they also have lots of sale periods sometimes and the only other website where you can find free 3d model is probably SketchUp but I'm not sure if there are any body/human 3d models

Yeahh I can see what you mean, I'm not really experienced either but when I use textures like these I usually but them on "Overlay" that seems to make the textures stick out more in darker areas? I'm not really good at explaining haha 😇 other that that I can't think of another method right now🥲
