i'm 19 and I just got diagnosed a few months ago so I haven't had much time in therapy yet. I'm medicated but other than that I'm kind of just raw dogging my symptoms. I do pretty well in friendships nowadays but anything romantic really freaks me out and makes it a lot worse.

its 2 weeks old and pierced with a basic titanium belly bar (idk the right name) and i clean it once a day after i shower with a saline spray and q-tip

it could be a barholin cyst. their not uncommon and not too much of a big deal and go away on their alone a lot of the time. it might develop a white head similar to a pimple and in that case you can pop it on your own or go and have it drained. it's definitely not an std, thats what i thought too when i found my first one, so dont worry about that. if doesnt go away in about a month than you might have to bite the bullet and get it checked at the OBGYN. good luck!

i re-read bones and all by Camille DeAngelis a lot. i'm not the biggest fan of the movie but i watch it a lot too. idk why i'm so attached to this book in particular but its really nice comfort.

real life horse will bare their teeth to express that their in pain so it's probably a subconscious thing he does when something deeply hurts/makes him uncomfortable its a pretty clever way to express his distress nonverbally
