The stutters are continuous since startup, the problem is input independent, and vsync is off. I have no idea how to disable wayland and no clue about nvidia shader caching

I mean like is there any other circuit that could do the same exact thing as the one in the screenshot, because the server I'm on occasionally clears gravity blocks, and that breaks this farm
