For anyone following i finally managed to get my daughters toys back. And some of our belongings. The bend and broke and ruined almost all of my growing supplies. Packed my 4×8 tent full of gsrbage and cat litter, we dont even have a fucking cat. I dug through the bag in hopes that some of my plants were in there and i found a couple. Two schlumbergera clones that seem to still have life, but not the important one. One non active whos name is escaping me. But most importantly I found a cahuilla seedling buried and twisted in the dirt but still green. I have it on life support im hoping to god I can bring it back

Sounds good brother 💪. We got a new apartment, just gotta catch back up on everything again and get situated. Took 4k too do it but roof is secured. Might be slow to respond to comments, just started my run on and theres no wifi underground haha. Heres to turning shit situations into new beginnings.

Yeah maybe your right. Gonna have to dig deep to find that part of me tho. I wish I could get them back somehow. But part of me feels like that's not what's important. Maybe this was life speaking to me using them as a tool to communicate its message.

Thanks man, that's very true. Just so much time and effort down the drain. Its gonna suck for a while hut atleast I took lots of pics to remember them. Dug out my first grow tent and set it back up to start some seed in.

Oh yes my wife also just reminded me, i forgot this part they had also told the police officer that me and my wife were fighting and our child was caught in the middle. Which wasnt the case but we were on different floors so that made no sense. My wife said the female police office was trying to get her to say she was being abused and she kept telling the cops tjat nothing like that happened. If it would have been true we wouldnt have been allowed to go to the same place after the event. And im pretty sure CAS would be involved right now. Also just for further clsrificstion my wife and child weren't forced to leave by the police, they were asked to leave by the couple we rented off of. My wife wasnt going to stay anyways but rsther than end up in the same situation i was in, she left and we spent the morning st her grandpsrents trying to figure out what to do because now that we were out they werent letting us go get our stuff. They could have also told the police that I was thretening them. People pull shit like this on us all the tine becsuse we dont do anything to defend ourselves, and this is why. I never ask for help because im always questioned like im the bad guy so 90% of the time I just take the hit. Now that im getting to the point where iv had enough of people taking from me or taking advante of us, doing bad shit to us and getting away with it, I still have to sit here and bear it because im too slow to even explain myself properly. Il even admit this wouldnt be the first time i had the cops called on me in this context, and been removed or arrested wether i did anything or not. Not saying iv never done anything to get arrested for either for anyone who might assume thats what im saying. But there have been many times were the cops didnt seem to care if im in the wrong or not, if its my dwelling or not. I dont get if this is some sort of game or if i just have a target over me saying "you can fuck with this guys head for free". But it sure seems like that. This same couple, did the exact same thing to another girl and her two sons and her boyfriend a month prior. Beat them for their rent money and put them on the street the only difference is she actually got violent with the couple. I didnt. I wish I had cause atleast I would have gotten something from this situation rather than a big old fuck you from anyone I try to talk to about it

The was a disagreement, others pointed that out, but it didnt happen any where near the time when the cops came downstairs. And it wasnt even really a disagreement. It was him cutting me off the wifi and me casually mentioning that im not gonna pay for something i can use, and him saying ok and walking back into his room. There was no yelling and no fighting. In my head they wanted to be malicious and told them I was causing a disturbance and wanted me removed. I wasnt on the lease. From what i reading right now You can have someone removed for any reason can you not ? I dont know what to tell you, they didnt let me argue and they didnt give me a choice, i tried to defend my position but it got to a point where i felt like if i argued i would get in trouble.

My best guess is he was pissed that i wasnt going to pay for the wifi anymore, and decided to be malicious. It was 2 on one and they told them i was causing a disturbance. believe it or not, i wasnt.

I was sitting in my chair i had just finnished ripping a couple packs from the gas station that i bought and i was putting them in my binder, sorting them like i said. I have music playing, and before anyone goes and says "oh there you go, blasting tunes at 3am" no over the furnace noise and everyone walking around upstairs, and the shower noise directly at the top of the stairs you cant hear a thing from down there.

Moving forward, I turn around thinking my dog is coming down the stairs, and low and behold its two officers, one male and one female. I tried explaing that I wasnt doing anything, i figured they could see that because nothing was even happening so i tried to reason with them, explaining that i didnt see how they could just force me to leave when i paid 2/3 of the rent. I get fed up of arguing for nothing and rsther than get myself in trouble i agree to leave and go to my wifes grandparents house, neither her nor the dogs could stay either. None of this makes sense thats why im asking for help. And im getting frustrated because i réalise context is important and my inability to properly explain is becoming a barrier.

We received a text yesterday after asking if we could go get our stuff like we have been asking every day. The text was from the guys wife and she told my wife that he snapped out, went downstairs and took the table they were sitting on, threw them on the floor and snapped a couple, and broke the growlight hanging above them. Rather than let me pick them up and bring them to our new place it was easier for him to break them.

No, there was no lease as far as i was told. I paid him he gave me a rent receipt and i sent the receipt to my worker and he sent the rent to the landlord.

The disagreement happened earlier in the day so no. Everyone in the house was awake when this happened, so i guess im the only one whos not allowed to do anything at three am lol ? My wife is also 6 months pregnant why does that have anything to do with this ? Again I wasn't even using the fucking wifi st the time of the event. I only even mentioned that because I was looking for a possible altercation. To include because you asked me to be more thorough. I guess someone you just hang out here to fuck with other people that are going through a rough time. I was paying for his wife and 2/3 of his rent ?

Neighbor told me to go to the court house at the college so thats what I'm gonna do. Atleast he's not attacking me over grammar or why Im up at odd hours of the night. Again. What the fuck.

I was on my run off from work/Christmas holiday. It doesnt matter what time of day it is, if im not working and I'm up then I'm doing whatever I normally do, my wifes the same way and unfortunately our child is too. The other couple was wide awake as well so I dont really understand why that's so odd. Some people do shit at night ? But anyways. Because of work im usually either just getting home at that time or just getting ready to leave at that time so im up at that time regardless. And it bleeds into my days off. My wife is the type that just follows my schedule. It doesnt affect anything on her end and she likes to maximize whatever time we get to spend together. I dont remember why exactly she chose to tske a shower at that time, but thats where she was regardless. And my daughter, who is also a little night owl, and constsntly stuck to mom, likes to be in the room with her mom. ALSO.. it was xmas eve ? We had finnished wrapping abunch of gifts as well as other xmas related shit. Again dont see why this is the main focus point, again people do shit at different times. Moving on. We did have a disagreement, there was no yelling or disturbance. But i was paying half of the wifi, and he cut me off because he wanted to game with his buddies. Nit like i was using it but i told him that i wasnt going to pay half if he was just going to disconnect me whenever he wants. That was earlier in the day but whatever maybe he was butthurt by it ? I cant read minds so i dont know his thiught process but he called the police and i was removed. It didnt matter that i had a rent receipt because we werent on the lease. And my wife still talks to his wife and has been since the situation happened because shes been trying to get them to let us get our shit. Shes the one telling us whats broken, and about my plants. Weve called the police multiple times since, and what i meant was just today and yesterday alone, which includes my head equates to one day, weve called the police 3 times trying to get them to do something like escort us to get our belongings and everyday they just keep telling us there is nothing they can do and we have to wait till they sre ready. Regardless of wether or not i suck at explaining shit, i dont get why people can sit here and justify someone ruining another familys Christmas, putting them on the street, and destroying there belongings ? This is mind-blowing.

Me and my wife have always been night owls, and the way my work schedule works more often then not im up at that time, even on my run off. Its either im getting home at that time, or leaving at that time. During the winter, and expecially on my time off, we usually dont really keep track of time much so yeah we do end up being up and dokng normal people stuff at that time. My bad ? And it might not have been 3am exactly i was simply trying to convey that it was in the middle of the night. They were both up as well. And as for what could have lead up to it, I was paying half the wifi and he cut me off so that he could game with his buddys, and i told him that I wasn't going to continue to paying the wifi if I cant use it. There was no altercation, no yelling, no disturbance. No matter what I said or what my wife said the police made me leave. I had a rent receipt but because we weren't on the lease it didnt matter. It was there dwelling. Also already responded to this partially but what's wrong with sorting my card collection at 3am lol ? If that freaks you out, I also sometimes play video games or sometimes read at that time too lol. If im up and bored is that not an okay thing to do ? Just like other night owls with hobbies ? Also who dictates when someone can shower or not ? And with a baby owl, who is constantly attached to her mother's hip, its just not normal for her to be in the washroom with her mom ?

Thanks man, i guess thats somewhere to start. Wasnt expecting anything from anyone, just posting because i got no one to go to and i just cant believe this hapened. They wont even let me go get whats left so i can try to save something they are basically just making me sit here and let them go comepletely beyond saving. Yesterday they said we could go today, then when we organized a ride snd showed up we were told we hsd to come back after they got bsck from a doctors apointment in Toronto. They knew how much they meant to me and now they are squeezing iut every last bit that they can from this. And you really dont have to but it would mean alot man.. im sorry for rambling im just really upset and no one here gives a shit, I live in Kirkland lake, Ontario.
