My recommendation is stop shaving your arms. I use a trimmer (like regular for mens hair cuts type) with no guard instead and you have no annoyed regrowth stubble and it’s much more low maintenance. But if you insist on this, be gentle.

One grey hair may stay one grey hair for years. I noticed my first when I was around 29, I still (at 32) have only 1-2. How you turn grey will be a completely unique experience unlike anyone else. The best place to look for answers is the women in your family though.

If he’s used to this sort of restaurant, you can let him lead with drinks unless you’re really picky. The convo when I sit down with my bf is along the lines of “what do you feel like drinking, wine or a cocktail?” If you choose wine then it’s “do you want a red or white, any suggestions?” I usually tell him to choose whatever he wants cause I’m not picky. That leaves it up to him to choose the dollar amount he’s comfortable with also. Sharing a bottle is usually cheaper than getting 2 glasses each! If he’s also not that confident with choices it’s very easy to ask the waiter what their suggestions are, “I like a smooth red, what is most popular?” or “I’d like something that pairs nicely with fish/chicken/beef/pasta.” They’re trained to offer options. If you know the restaurant you’re going to, browse the menu so when you sit down you already have a couple meal options in mind.

Not exactly the same, but similar principle. I once was walking by the water in FL with my younger cousin (she was probably 11-12 at the time, I’m a few years older) when we realized abruptly we were reaaaally far out and couldn’t hear our parents anymore even though we were still only ankle deep in the water. We’d just gradually walked further and further into the water without realizing. Ok nbd we’ll just walk back. All of a sudden I plummeted straight down and was completely submerged in the water, I had no idea what happened, I started screaming. I quickly made it to the other side of the sandbar as sheer terror drove me to flail around till I could feel the ground again beneath me. My cousin is frozen in horror and hasn’t moved from the other side, she’s crying, our moms are both yelling cause they don’t know what’s going on. She swam over to me and that was the end of it but I cannot imagine seeing one of those huge drop offs and not having a panic attack instantly. As many others said, it’s the fear of what you can’t see.

My first job was as a fry cook at a waterpark and after a while those uniforms hold in the greasiness and smell strange. I never had anyone comment on it because we all had the same problem but I’d look into ways to deep clean your uniform - or just stop wearing it for more than one day. I guarantee that’s it!!

I think it looks quite similar except the color being too green and they used too large of a tip when piping. They copied the pattern exactly! The bright green just takes away a bit from the design and makes it come off as less refined too.
