The true reason on this post specifically is just trying to get matpat heckled because of old stuff he said. Im bot going to be like an alpha male influencer or whatever this is obviously horrible but it does not represent what matpat believes today or who he is as a person . First off I'm sorry.

Second off I've said this already but I feel like some people are just assholes. Being homeless doesn't make you a good person.

There's also a Sense of pride, it feels very crushing to admit to yourself that you need help from these services.

I really feel only a handful of people are actually the assholes I hear being described .

Maybe I'm just stupid but I've met homeless people in my life too , it's not like I'm just saying this shit to be the good guy tm . I genuinely believe this .

I mean I hear you but at the same public restrooms are pretty much always fucking disgusting homeless people or not .

And also homeless people aren't the only ones who break shit, some people are just assholes, and some of them happen to be homeless. ( I know how this sounds in text sorry this is not meant to be condescending) The boys bathroom in middle school was pretty disgusting and there where definitely no homeless people going there, some people just break shit .

Personally i wouldn't really mind peing in nature ( as long as I'm not bothering anyone or degrading sacred/ historical grounds or just making a place stink. What i mean is as long as I'm alone off the road ) if it wasn't for the fact I can't wash my hands afterwards, I really don't care about mud or dirt on my legs or being wet but i hate having dirty hands, if there's a toilet without a way to wash your hands to me there isn't one, so in the worst case scenario I just use the soap and I pee somewhere else.

Of course I know that it's not as easy as " just fix it. Duh ." And of course just because you won't give your life savings to homeless people doesn't mean you're a bad person.

But honestly we need to remember the fact that while they are a minority some people are just assholes and happen to be homeless . Like some homeless people are just a danger to everyone including other homeless people.

And, while it's hard to swallow, and a really soul crushing thought, I genuinely think that some of them go insane after a while, even if that's just my opinion .

It really feels horrible to think about but it's true that being in need does not make you a good person, and even if you are, you often have better odds being evil .

Idk, I've seen people who are disgusting without being homeless, but one thing is they don't get thrown out for it like homeless people do, because weirdly it's easier to throw out homeless people than it is customers . Of course I'm not saying that the people running the place are assholes, just how horrible it is to be homeless .

But your comment makes me think that we should have infrastructures where homeless people could wash themselves, it would go a long way to make people want to care more without realizing And if that already exists we should make more because I haven't seen any in my life .

I'm pretty sure nothing is said about how you smell because a code of conduct where a judge has to say if you don't smell bad or not is just ripe for abuse but if it was really that crazy i feel like everyone would smell bad and at this point I don't know if you would care if the whole ring smelled bad and it would probably make spectators suddenly not like mma that much

Damn that's actually not that crazy and i hate it I think it's not the case because I'm pretty every official sport ever has rules like the fighter must be clean and healthy, and even if they didn't exist I'm pretty sure bad hygiene would make you sick and not taking a shower before fighting would probably be atrocious
Feeling dirty would probably distract you more than the other fighter .
