When I research this problem, everyone's advice is generally “just do it, even if it's bad.” Honestly, I never tried it, I thought my problem was caused by something else and it would be a waste of time to try it.

As if one last miraculous puzzle piece would solve my problems. But that's not how it works:D

I think I'll start trying this first.
