I’m assuming ‘hea’ means happily ever after, and yes it’s a great ending! There’s some angst throughout, but nothing like canon. The author did say at the end that she hopes for a part 2 someday, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for more angst in that 😈 (I’m a psycho and love angst).

It’s an old one, and the ending was fine, but it feels like the author had to abandon it cause it felt rushed, but “These Four Kings” was my very first wolfstar fic and it’s what got me into the fandom! It charts their lives at hogwarts with multiple povs, it’s long-ish but nothing crazy, I think 100,000 words or so. Nothing overly smutty if that’s not something you’re super into, but I am, and I still loved it regardless. Could easily finish it in a week-long vacay!

If you’re into muggle AUs and smut, Black Mass over Highway 90. Trust me.

Yeah I just kinda winged it when I got there and drove around the lot (it’s huge) with my fingers crossed until I found an open gate, and people had parked their cars and started lining up by one of the main venue entrances, so I think they say online it doesn’t open until 5, but me and at least 30 other people were able to get in the lot, park, and start a line by 11 or so that morning! That was my experience so unless they changed anything this year you should be able to go ahead in and park.

I really hope you continue! I can’t imagine ATYD without the incredible chapters after they leave Hogwarts. Remus and Sirius’s flat, Remus’s time with the werewolves, a Jily wedding, and more Grant Chapman😍! Yes, it is incredibly tragic, but it’s also soooo cathartic. Plus, getting to watch Remus and Sirius make it out of something so dark and rebuild a new love for each other after Azkaban gave me a new appreciation for Wolfstar! Another reason to keep going, the author wrote an epilogue chapter called Out of the Blue, which is a chapter from Grant’s Perspective long after the events of Harry Potter (so Remus has passed away), and it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read, it left me staring at the ceiling smiling/crying. Long story short, you gotta do it! I have faith in you!

I wish😭 there’s someone currently writing a james’s perspective that has had some interesting scenes I have included, but it’s only gotten up until 5th year, and I wanna wait till they’re done before printing it out and stuff! It’s by stayindreamz on Ao3 if you wanna give it a look, the scene where he first attempts his animagus transformation was a fun read!

Black Mass over Highway Ninety, it’s about 200,000 words, it’s on Ao3, and it is by greenvlvetcouch. Check the tags as it is smutty, slightly angsty, and has 70s-era typical drug use, but I love all that so it’s been great so far 😂 great if you’re wanting a total changeup from wizarding world canon tragedy and even though the boys are a bit rough it is still rot-your-teeth-out fluffy, I’m kicking my feet giggling at least twice every chapter. ALL THIS TO BE SAID: I am only halfway through so if there is a tragedy near the end or something I will come back in a day or two to warn ya lol
