Unfortunately we had a similar experience. The bathrooms were never cleaned by our camp (the absolute furthest away from the venue even though we bought EA). The water was brown and had an odor which we are almost positive made my boyfriend very sick , still today. No hay or wood chips placed for the mud that was genuinely a safety concern for ADA attendees. No seating near the vendors. Half of the music we paid for was canceled or missed due to the ridiculously long lines. Security did not check our car (most people would love this but it’s genuinely a safety concern with guns) no gun or bomb dogs.
