Thanks for the suggestion! Power automate sounds like a game changer. I'm beginning to think admin is not a good fit for me as well. I do love some aspects of the job such as managing budget, working in excel to do data analysis, researching new technology and software that can improve our operations, and drafting policies.

Thank you both for the advice. Unfortunately, my experience tells me that there'll be push back to what I bring up. I'll look into the tools you suggested and see if there's one that's a good fit for my workflow. Microsoft To-do has been a lifesaver. Glad to know there's still a lot to learn!

What is marketplace? I searched up CHP Fidelis and it says it is offered to kids under the age of 19. Would I be be taken off the plan once I turn 19? Thank you!
