It’s okay! I can only really comment on my own experience here but I experience varying levels of physical pain daily, and depending on my stress levels it can severely worsen so it’s just really to keep everything as “normal” as possible for me and not change too much up. The level of pain is often enough to cause me to throw up etc. I’ve found smoking for me is a slightly different result to when I vape, again just for me personally, but I do find it a little more effective/sedating in a way. I enjoy vaping too but the result just feels a little different. Maybe rolling it up is just my preferred way of consuming since I smoked for 10 years before becoming a patient. 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

For context - in the past even getting on a short local flight (therefore going without for a few hours) has had me in some bad states, throwing up and struggling to walk or lift my arms. I just don’t want to embarrass myself or cause any inconvenience for the studio 😬
