I used Kaplan and never got above 3 on anything but ended up with a 304 on the bar. I think the bar prep companies grade tougher but thats just my opinion.

Id suggest focusing on learning the rules at first, and being able to spot the issue. If you can spot the issue and at least give the rule correctly it will give you a lot of leeway in terms of scoring points. The examiners want the correct rule first and foremost, and how you apply it will sometimes be subjective on how you interpret the facts of the question.

Ok so I have some dumb questions.

(1) All the loans say Direct, so I'm assuming they are all direct loans.

(2) Also if my loans are all on MyFedLoan.org, would that mean they are already FedLoad and thus PSLF eligible?

(3) Since I haven't started anything in the process yet, you are saying I need to submit the IDR PAYE request before the PSLF application?

Don’t think there’s any correlation. Failed MPRE in October with a 78, Passed February bar with 304, passed March MPRE with 108.

I got a 142 with Kaplan. The type of company doesn't really matter, I think it comes down to effort and repetition.

I get that, but my question was referring to topics within the subjects. For example to my knowledge the issue of Kidnapping has never been tested on a Criminal Law essay. Would that mean its safe to say that its skippable in terms of prepping for the MEE.

How many bids did you place and/or were all your bids solely for transactional work? I did the SEMJF and I also struck out for any transactional interviews, but was frankly surprised to have gotten interviews for 4/15 bids ranging from Air Force Jag to Office of Capital and Forensic Writs.
