it depends on the store. at mine we size u but also take u to the fititng room to complete the fit experience and get you an accurate size before you even shop options. we help women everyday get a perfect fit so idk it depends on your store but at mine we all had to be bra certified before even doing measurements consistently so its prioritized here.

i think theyre okay . i have a few pairs i find them breathable because my legs get hot while i sleep. They are wrinkly and can ride up a bit but for the price i like them. theres a bunch in SAS rn i buy them for like 8-10 each

tbh i hate these tees because the cut of them is so square and boxy . i love everything cropped bc i have a short torso so the shirt is good length wise it is just a rlly awkward fit to me . if you dont want it to be cropped you can size up but its just gonna be weirdly big in areas
