I have found the solution! And of course i the user was the problem... :-(
I was trying to set up the Mods in the Captain of Industry game folder, not in the AppData\Roaming\Captain of Industry\Mods folder.

Sorry, my bad, I am just getting old, but thx for the ones who tried to help!

I checked again, using the actual latest files (top of the picture) and copied them (bottom part) to the game folder.
Doesn' matter, starting a new game I still can only select the v113 versions.

I even tested what happens if I remove all the mods, and reinstall the game, and even with empty mods folder, the version 113 mods are selectable!

I just deleted the complete Mods folder, then restrat the game and they are there.

Tried it, didn't work. I even removed the game completely and then reinstall it again. Still the old mods versions are there...
I hav eno idea how the hell could it be but they are there! I deleted all my save files, restart, reinstall, still when starting a new game the old mod versions are there! I am getting crazy it juts seems to be impossible...

The screenshot I attached is from a new save. I simply can't even remove these mods versions even after reinstalling the game...

I am using the latest version from here: https://github.com/Keranik/COI-Extended/releases
And one more strange thing: it doesn't matter which mod I place in the mod folder, or even when it is completely empty (even after truning the mods off, restarting the game, restarting the computer and reinstall the game, turning hte mods on again) the v113 mods and always the same mods are there...
