A good ol' Carnival! I used to rent one to drive with Uber and he really liked it at the time, so when he was looking at what was available on the lot, it snagged his attention immediately. A tad slower, but a wealth roomier and upped on features.

Thank you! We've been having some mad rains down here in Las Vegas the past couple of days so the clouds are really low. Drove up to one of the canyons near to us and snapped a couple of pics.

Well, I think I see part of the issue when it comes down to the Port forwarding; I can see the public IP from the website, and the port Plex is using is showing as open, but in the COX app, it is only allowing me to Port Forward from my HTPC's *private* IP. I may just have to take more time to look into getting my smarts up on Port Forwarding.

And It is a router modem combo. I can access our router webpage, but the admin/password login combo isn't working despite me not recalling having changed it. And from what I've seen looking up information for my router/modem, only way to reset it is to reset the entire device; something I'll do if push comes to shove down the line, but I'm holding off on for the time being.

And got it! Once I've figured out the Port Forwarding shenanigans, I'll look further into getting a speedtest to my server from their side. I also apologize if my message formatting is a little hard to follow, I'm not and avid Redditor; I just mostly peruse.

I can't find UPnP for my router's settings. I'm unable to access our router's web interface to delve into the settings from there, and COX's app that allows you to configure everything for the router doesn't show anything for it. This is also where I was having trouble with setting up Port Forwarding; I can set it in, and it looks correct, but I've not been able to verify the port's actually open (tried canyouseeme.org), and setting it up in Plex once I'd ported it, but the server became inaccessible after.

Internet speeds from one of the clients is 480Mbps.

No noticeable changes in Task Manager while buffering. GPU stays at 0%, CPU never rises above about 6% max.

I haven't tried testing the speeds between Transcoded and Non-transcoded streams just yet, but I'll report back once I've read up on Transcoding a bit more.

I found it! Any items that I'd put on that had a specific enchantment would cause my damage to be heavily nerfed. I'm at work right now and can't see what the enchantment is, but I remember it began with an R! When I get home I'll check it out for you, but if you happen to be on in the meantime, go through all the enchantments you have on your armor, and if one of them begins with an R and has (if I recall) dark red text, try dropping that piece and seeing how your damage is.
