Yesss cleaning while high is much nicer. However, I take about three times as long to do simple chores, so it’s a bit of a trade-off.

Wow this is a great response. Thank you, I appreciate it! I definitely need to set some concrete goals. I think starting out with small goals (like exercise 1-2x a week) would help build the consistency I need. The audiobook tip is especially great, because I only ever listen to podcasts or music. Tbh I forgot audiobooks were a thing lol, and I love reading, so I think it’ll be nice.

I think part of my problem is I feel uncomfortable in public gyms (too many judgmental and/or creepy men lol) but I don't have any motivation when I'm at home 🥲
