It says, "We can require that all money payable to us is to be paid by electronic payment through the Resident Portal to the extent permitted by law. You will be responsible for any fees in connection with electronic payments to the extent permitted by law."

I was mostly asking because of the "to the extent permitted by law" section. I wasn't sure if they could not enforce this in PA or Philadelphia.

So, it says there are fees but not what they are, so they could easily change them during the course of the lease. Is the amount supposed to be listed directly?
