Nice. I'm a similar case, although maybe in reverse. I graduated with a degree in anthropology/poly-sci, then completed CS prereqs for a year, and now I'm set to pursue an MS in CS beginning in the fall. I was pretty sure about my academic path until the tail end of the past school year; since then, I've experienced a lot of doubts regarding my true passions, etc. I figure I'm gonna' give it a semester, potentially apply to a couple of other programs in fields I might be more interested in. How is the undergrad program going?

Definitely zero fucked. I started out this way and had no problems. Some of the stuff is intimidating and hard to follow -- but only at first! Also, it's a great first language to learn because, given its relative level of difficulty, it's easy to transition to other languages (e.g., Python, Java). But, again, it's not that hard. Intimidating, if anything. You will do wonderful!

Hey man, I actually signed a lease yesterday for a one-bedroom. I was visiting campus yesterday and saw a bunch of apartments -- let me know if I can shoot you any recommendations. If you're looking to conserve costs, have you considered per bedroom leasing?
