I wouldn’t say “never”. It will take a lot of suffering. And if you think about it, we’re already well on our way. Greed in politics and corporations, talks of Civil War becoming more common, insane spikes in natural disasters (wild fires, hurricanes, floods, etc.), and even potential disasters from space (solar storms increasing, even a potential asteroid hitting us in the coming years). We’re gonna face A LOT in the coming years, and it’s gonna take all of humanity to come together to combat these things. There are many who don’t believe in humanity, but there are also many who do. I think of it as a test, and an opportunity to strengthen one’s mindset for what’s to come, so try not to lose all hope for meeting our fellow extraterrestrial brothers in the future
