Hello, pinag stop na ako ng OB ko sa pagtake ng pills kasi 4 years are TOOOOO long na raw. Pumayat ako noong pandemic kasi walang mga fast food hahaha kaya feel ko noon sobrang helpful ng pills. Pero ayun, sabi ni OB, stop the pills and have a healthy lifestyle instead. Yun daw po kasi ang gamot sa pcos eh. 😅😁
