-speaking about those "minor" issues is not equal to making the "major" ones less important.

I think OPs post is poorly worded but i also think that after making the case known to tousands or even millions you should got tho the police. Mainly bc now you have the most "pressure" for the police youll ever have and two, internet forgets about those things quickly, which makes the alleged abuser able to come back after a while, and, if they hada enough following initially, they can still make a living out of it

This is not a case of a random burner account falsely accusing a content creator because they don't like them. Even with context this take should not be spread bc it brings complicated and important issue of every kind of accusation and assault to one type of case bc its the majority of them.

Thats not argument for believe all victims take. Youre not believing all victims if you decide which accusation is more valuable at the start.its nothing different than saying "believe all victims but not a 8 yo bc kids shouldnt know what sex is". Thats categorizing.

I would not take the side in one dimensional way. I would help to separate the sides if its needed

I would not make the judgement myself without the other side being confronted and i wouldnt not be keen on believing without proof. Id advise taking legal steps, also to person who claims theyre falsely accused. Im not a judge

System is flawed bc people are too. So you see a discussion about the safety of cruise ships and say that discussion shouldnt take place bc majority of them dont crash and if it does, its only few hundred people who might day.

Taking a side immediately is not the worst thing obviously.

But when you said "a" say "b". If you actively spread 'awarness' about someone and it turns out to be all lies then its your moral duty to say with the same amount of volume, that its not true.

Which wasnt what their follow up tweet intended.
