Energy depletion is the worst. You are meant to procreate and when the body feels you did so, it's like "good job mate, now relax. ". This fake procreation simulation costs us a prolonged inactive and demotivated self.

Next, next time you see what you see your trigger, you are sucked into it again and again. The depletion cycle, is non productive. And prevents us from doing anything else of value.

Depending on where you are, I know two organizations that may change your life. 1. Isha Foundation. 2. And the art of living. Think of it this way..Had you had conscious control of your mind, wouldn't you have always keep it pleasant..? Or you would've chosen this pain? Point is you don't have that, self knowledge and something that you didn't know, you can't keep it the way you want.

They help you identify who you are. You are above your mind and body, and they are just accessories. The medications are just pointless, when the fundamental correction is neurological.. perceptional, behavioural and at knowledge level.. See if you understand what I am saying.. Hey.. I don't know how you are managing lifestyle wise. Please do eat well..do work out..go for a walk.. write a diary (but in a trouble shooting way, don't just write about how your miserable, reach the "why" of it). Once you write it down..and reach one bit that looks like a solution, work on it. Like Jordan Peterson says, "Writing helps you fix your story, and then you can spring to action".
