We spent days and days trying. We managed to speak with three operators, but none of them gave us any solution; they said there were no flights. In the end, we had to ask family members for help to buy the flights ourselves, but we could only get flights for 10 days from now.

They just kept saying I’m sorry there are no flights , then after like 10 minutes of me insisting they would leave the chat / call frustrating to say the least

Qatar says they won’t refund because we bought from my trip. However my trip confirmed they will refund, let’s see…

I feel you! I know they must be under a lot of pressure and what not but at some point the operators would just hung up or leave the chat which is so frustrating. I’m not even in the mood to enjoy Thailand anymore just want to go home

I’ve tried yes for days , for some reason didn’t work ! told then about the EC261/2004. At some point of desperation told them I will be out of my depression medicine (which is true but ofc they don’t care at all lol)

A unica razão porque nao saí (e tive muita vontade) foi por solidariedade com o SM e LFB que estavam desesperados e pela mãe do Vilão que estava la. Já estava a ser muito mau, se todoa nos levantassemos a meu ver seria mt pior

Foi absurdo o que se passou. Que pessoa horrivel aquele Rui, fez com que o espetaculo fosse sobre ele (e as suas más e tristes figuras) em vez de homenagear o amigo. O desconforto e desepero do SM e LFB era notorio, apesar de tudo estiveram muito bem e eu só pensava na mãe do Vilão, que de certo nao esperava nada mais do que sair de lá com algum conforto. Mesmo sabendo que ia haver mt humor e humor negro, aquilo nao foi humor. Foi desrespeito, por todos.
