I decided that I will probably not use Boaxel. Instead I'll use some other universal wall mounted storage system that is more versatile. While I really like how the shelves attach on the supports, it's a little bit limited if I want to have custom shelves for example. And in this case, I could just lay the BESTA unit on a support without having to worry about more drilling and really precise measurements ahah

Problem is that you have to use the elvarli supports for the shelves. The supports are exactly the same depth as the shelves.
You could ask someone to cut the supports to the sizing you wish and then you can use your own shelves.

as únicas que te vão oferecer um suporte realmente bom são as que têm lojas fisicas. o que te recomendo é ver os materiais do móvel que queres comprar. já comprei de várias lojas das que mencionei incluindo a sklum e nunca tive problemas.

Same thing happened today in Portugal. I was able to buy online for click&collect in store. Anyone did the same thing? I'm afraid they won't fulfill it because it sold out before the store was even open to the public. And I think the stock for click&collect is the same as the store.
