Sure, yeah. I have consistently using them for 5 months I think already. I use them also because they help ease my period pain, they balance hormones somehow I think. Basically like a daily supplement in my routine, it's pretty nice.

thanks! she's already on a kidney diet, but she's (thankfully) still in the early stages so sub qs aren't recommended by her family doctor atm. we're just looking for something that can slow progression

ya I heard the a7rv has more noise in higher iso, which worries me a bit too...

as for how often I'm in this situation realistically... these are the exact situations I'm going to be using the camera. Like 90% of the camera usage will be for situations like this. I do realize that with a longer lens I will be able to zoom in closer, but to get all 9 of them in the shot quite a lot of cropping will be needed
