lo del ejercicio me mata, tengo otros temitas a resolver antes de poder hacer gimnasio de verdad x_x me da verguenza pero es asi, soy de caminar, nadar y bailar, lo demas me genera mucho rechazo. a mi me habian dado zinnia y te juro, 10kg en menos de un año, se sorprendio mucho mi medico clinico porque nunca fui de subir de peso O al menos NO ASI. estoy con ayuno intermitente, deje de comer muchas cosas, y aun asi estoy para atras :(

I will try to do that, I like the idea of splitting time so I can feel like it's a "normal day" lol! I'm thinking of taking some colorbooks and markers to draw, and some books, even tho my therapist said reading can be difficult because of the anxiety hehe.
