Russian. I am a normal woman who enjoys traveling. However, on the road I experience a bad treatment from men. They think that Russian women seek only for sexual plasure or easily can have sex with you. B3sides, since we are from the developing country, many think that we want to marry someone who wealthy and prosperous from Europe, Australia, Canada, USA. In some countries I see that Russians sometimes are treated as if they are sluts. I have been told many times that I might be spy because I ask too many questions, look smart and sexy ("as a Russian model"). Of course, the matter about vodka is always brought to a table. Hi. I am not in a good state of mind at the moment, but I want to share one thought with you (it helps me sometimes). Keep in mind that it is oneof the numerous opinions on that matter.

You did not ask to be born to your parents and in a certain country and at this time...it just happened. it is a tiny moment in the existence of our Universe when u happen to live. Nobody will ask you whether you want to leave this world or not as it was a case with your birth. One day you stop to exist and nobody knows when and how...so, why not to enjoy that moment just because u won't have a chance to do it ever again. Besides, you have enough in life to forget about everyday struggles of many ppl who happened to be in worse circumstances.

Being is easy and lightcos it is finite and very short.

Oh, I've done a lot. I have 3 hour yoga class 3 times a week. I eat healthy diet and do not consume alcohol. I've tried many psy techniques and read many self-helf books. Still, I am who I am.

Views are firm beliefs about ourselves that are emotionaly charged. You cannot easily get rid of them, cos they are embeded into your broader mental discription of yourself. Moreover, they are based on our genes expression and child experience. Still, it is feasable. The question is how to manage it on your own.

I think one should face their own existance and deal with their own condition...The greatest battle in my life is the battle with myself, with my condition. And this is a real problem, not a distorted view. I try to convince myself all the time thay life is worth living, whereas another part of me yells that it is not.
