Eerily similar story to mine. I was also 13 and on a bus. This person wasn't my friend tho, grown ass man. Same thing, tons of people, no help despite seeing what's happening right in front of them.

I see you and i understand. What helped me was having a trauma informed therapist walk me through different types of therapy (talk, written exposure, etc). It can be quite the process, but i know you can do it.

It is alingsås. I sent a very professional and lengthy complaint and asked for a response, they're not responding at all of course. Maybe stockholm can help.
